UnderGround Lake shots

Sacraficial Alter, This was pretty cool. What you can't see is that the ceiling directly above this and only directly above extends about 80 to 100 feet straight up.
R C doesn't want anyone climbing down to this to keep it nice.

More rimstone dams. there were a lot of these with a bunch of water in them
Not a very good picture but still they are some cool stalagmites
These kind of give a desert feel
Underground lake

some old Plaques put on the wall in the 50's. I looked in the NSS book and didn't see any of these names.

Some drapery meeting the ground

There are a lot of this type of drapery and colums in the cave
More colums and drapery
Looking down over calcite at more formations
Large calcite stalamite

Alexander Cave Entrance, this is a stainless steel cover.
There is a slit above the hole in the concrete to let the bats through

It is easier than it looks to get into the hole. The problem starts when you try to use the ladder that has been put in place. Your better off to just chimney the best you can and forget the ladder, especially on te way up.
